99bd taka Terms and Conditions

This terms and conditions document forms a legally binding agreement between the 99bd taka platform and its users. By visiting the 99bd taka website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted these terms.

These terms are intended for users located in Bangladesh. All rules described here apply equally to all services on the platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games and other gaming activities.

To open an account on 99bd taka and use any gaming or betting service, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• One person may operate only one account.
• The user must use their own name and their own banking or mobile banking account.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is not permitted.

2.2 Identity Verification

99bd taka reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age or financial information at any time. A national identity card, passport or birth certificate may be requested for verification. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be suspended or closed.

To create an account on 99bd taka, you must provide your correct name, mobile number and other required information in the registration form. Registering with false information is a clear breach of these terms and may result in the account being cancelled.

3.1 Account Security

• Keeping your password confidential is your own responsibility.
• Sharing login details with anyone else is prohibited.
• Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to 99bd taka immediately.
• The user is responsible for all activities carried out from their own account.

3.2 Multiple Accounts

More than one account per person, per household or per device is not permitted. If multiple accounts are identified, all accounts and the balances held in them will be forfeited.

Trusted and familiar Bangladeshi payment methods are used for depositing and withdrawing funds on 99bd taka. The platform currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other scheduled banks).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (the same for all methods).
• The payment method used must be registered in the account holder's own name.
• Depositing from a third-party payment account is prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, the balance is generally added to the account promptly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawal as was used for the deposit.
• For any withdrawal related to a bonus, the wagering conditions described in the bonus section must be met.
• Additional verification may be requested for unusual or suspicious transactions.

99bd taka offers bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions and complying with them is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members of 99bd taka receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To use the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• A bonus offer can be received only once per account.
• An active bonus offer is valid for a set period — once the period expires, the bonus will be considered void.
• 99bd taka reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of a breach of bonus terms.
• Promotional offers cannot be claimed as a right — they are given at the discretion of 99bd taka.

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets and playing games on 99bd taka.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 99bd taka approves this in specific circumstances.
• If any result is unclear or uncertain due to a technical error, 99bd taka may cancel that bet and refund the stake.
• If an event or game is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be returned to the user's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the specific game or event.

6.2 Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football and other sports, the official result of the match will be considered final. If a match is abandoned or the result is uncertain, a decision will be made according to 99bd taka's own rules.

6.3 Live Betting and In-Play

Odds change quickly during live betting. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical delay, 99bd taka reserves the right to cancel that bet or reassess it at the correct odds.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 99bd taka platform. Violation will result in the account being closed and the balance being forfeited:

1. Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
2. Match fixing or placing bets with prior knowledge of an event's outcome.
3. Playing games using software bots, automated scripts or third-party tools.
4. Attempting to launder money or clean illegal funds through the platform.
5. Accessing or operating another person's account without permission.
6. Hacking the platform's systems or any form of cyber attack.
7. Registering under a false identity or opening an account by concealing one's age.

99bd taka may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to provide required identity verification documents within the specified time.
• No activity on the account for an extended period.
• A written request from the user themselves.
• A court or government order in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

8.1 Balance of a Closed Account

The balance of an account closed due to a breach of terms may be forfeited. However, if closed without stated reason, the settled balance will be returned to the user, provided it is not connected to any bonus or prohibited activity.

Your personal information will be used only to provide platform services, verify accounts and meet applicable legal obligations. Personal information is not shared with third parties, although it may need to be provided to relevant authorities in cases of legal obligation.

10.1 Limit-Setting Options

• Users can set daily, weekly or monthly limits on their deposits, bets or losses.

• Reducing a set limit takes effect immediately; an waiting period applies when increasing a limit.

10.2 Self-Exclusion

The self-exclusion feature can be used if you wish to temporarily or permanently stop using the platform. While self-exclusion is active, it will not be possible to access the account or make transactions.

99bd taka is not responsible for losses caused by any technical error, server outage, internet connectivity issue or fault on the part of a third-party game provider.

11.1 Circumstances Beyond Control

99bd taka does not bear responsibility for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, cyber attacks or any other circumstances beyond its control. In such situations, affected bets will be kept on hold until further notice.

11.2 Third-Party Content

Games from various studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and Evolution are available on the platform. The outcomes of these games are determined by the respective game developer's RNG (Random Number Generator) system — 99bd taka does not intervene in these outcomes.
